I accept payment through PayPal.  PayPal is a safe, electronic commerce (e-commerce) company that facilitates payments between parties through online funds transfers.  I accept all credit cards through their online payment system.


I do NOT accept E-checks or personal checks under any circumstances.

Terms Of Sale


Please familiarize yourself with Prims*n*Pretties policies prior to purchase.



I generally ship USPS (United Postal Service) PRIORITY MAIL. However, if you are buying in bulk or a large item, I may use UPS (United Parcel Service).  Once payment is received, your package will go out within 12 to 24 hours except for holidays.  On holidays, packages go out the next following business day.

If your item is breakable or over the automatic coverage amount, I will require insurance on your item. I will add signature required for delivery to protect both the Buyer & Seller.



Due to the nature of my business, I do not accept returns. However, I do value my customers happiness. If you have an issue with any item (except for sizing or color), please contact me so we may work out a resolution to the problem.  I do my utmost to describe each item I sell. I measure carefully, describe colors using every day items of recognition am very clear about the fabrics, patterns content used to create such items. I also offer a way for BUYERS to contact me prior to sale for any questions they may prior to purchase.  It is the BUYERS responsibility to read each description carefully just as it is the SELLERS job to describe each item with careful accuracy.

Custom Orders


I accept custom orders! I bill through PayPal with clear expectations written on the invoice of both BUYER & SELLER. Payment is expected in FULL, BEFORE the work begins. I am generally able to complete a project within 3 to 10 days depending on the size of the order or If I have to have fabric shipped to me for the project.  I can let you know this at the time of the order.  Once a custom order has begun, no changes can be made as fabric will have been purchased & likely altered.


No cancellations will be allowed as custom orders are specific to each buyer & fabrics are purchased usually the same day the order has been placed.



I allow layaway with 1/3rd of the payment to hold the item of your choice (non refundable).  I expect payments every 30 days until item is paid off. An invoice will be sent to the buyer with the agreed upon contract. Each follow up payment will be sent 48 hours prior to the due date as a reminder.


The down payment is NON REFUNDABLE should you cancel the order.  If you fail to make timely payments, the order will be canceled & your down payment will be surrendered. Your follow-up payments will be returned to you.  No exceptions to the layaway rules please.
